Who This Is For
You’ve closed high-ticket offers before, and you can explain exactly how you did it.
Maybe you’ve sold coaching, education or online programs. Maybe you’ve built something of your own and know what it feels like to be on the other side of the call. You understand this world. You believe in it.
You don’t win with pressure. You win by asking better questions than anyone else on the call, and by being honest when someone isn’t a fit.
- You’re a top performer where you are now, with results you can walk us through month by month.
- You’ve sold coaching, education or other high-ticket offers, and you know what a great discovery call sounds like.
- You handle objections with curiosity, not force. You follow up without chasing.
- Your CRM is clean without anyone reminding you. Notes, next steps and outcomes, every time.
- You take coaching and apply it on the very next call.
- You treat your pipeline like it’s yours. Nobody checks in on you because they don’t need to.
The Role
This isn’t cold calling.
Our setters start conversations with women who already raised their hand. They opted in, watched a training, or engaged with our content. The qualified ones get booked onto your calendar.
Your job is to understand where she is in her business, what she wants to build and whether a Bossbabe program is the right next step. When it is, you help her say yes with confidence. When it isn’t, you tell her.
The best closers don’t sound like salespeople. They sound like someone who actually listens. That’s what I’m looking for.
You’ll work closely with our setters and sales leadership on a small, sharp team.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Run booked sales calls with qualified leads from our setters.
- Lead real discovery. Understand her business, her goals and what’s in the way before recommending anything.
- Make an honest recommendation. Close the right clients and let the wrong fits go.
- Handle objections and follow up with people who need more time. Persistence without pressure.
- Track every call, outcome and next step in the CRM. Nothing falls through the cracks.
- Give setters feedback on lead quality so your calendar keeps getting better.
- Share what you’re hearing on calls. What excites people, what makes them hesitate, which objections keep coming up. Your insight shapes how we sell.
How We Measure Success
You’ll know exactly what we’re looking at from day one:
- Close Rate
- Calls to ClientsHow many of your held calls become the right clients
- Cash Collected
- RevenueWhat actually comes in from the clients you close
- Follow-Up
- Second ChancesPeople who needed more time and said yes later
- Fit
- Right ClientsClients who were the right fit for the program you recommended
If being measured on results excites you more than it intimidates you, you’re in the right place.
